Not the best fights in the world but okay for the first 6 months, considering his stable of fighters.

And I'm really not a fan of Arum. I don't like any promoters, I really dislike them.

So, your turn, first 6 months of Haymon non PPV fights?

When you think about it, there was a good solution to the problem. Pacquiao (TR/ESPN) wants Matthysse (GBP/HBO). Lomachenko (TR/ESPN) wants Linares (GBP/HBO). What about a trade? Why not let Matthysse fight Pacquiao on ESPN on April 14th, and let Lomachenko fight Linares on HBO on May 12th? That's a trade!

Lol. Arum been on espn back in 80's haha. Dont let hate twist your logic into lies. Pbc was supposed to give major fights on free tv and they blew all kindsa cash and put victor ortiz and worse on free tv and put anything remotely interesting on showtime championship boxing with an added tramp stamp brand pbc added on the banner lol. Any ways. I did like watching toe to toe tuesdays and the mostly boring fox cards because i watch all boxing and its fun to have boxing on a ****ty tuesday lol. Dont forget bobs 214 yrs old. Might wanna research his ****** scummy career before you start thinking this new ****** scum haymon has created some kinda new thought or revolutionized boxing on tv lol

Yes, we will see Loma vs Beltran, because Arum promotes Beltran too, and not Linares. In-house money fight.

TR never gave us anything on ESPN that matches what PBC gave us on Showtime and CBS until 2017! TR and HBO gave us too many BS PPVs, and Haymon changed the game! Now Bob is playing catch-up! Bob knows the deal:

                December 7, 2017:

Arum has no problem with working out a talent trade relationship with Showtime Sports head Stephen Espinoza - an arrangement where the two sides would make talent available to each other for necessary fights.

The veteran promoters realizes that it's not realistic to believe that every significant fight involving one his boxers will end up on ESPN.

Maybe Crawford fights a Showtime fighter like Keith Thurman on ESPN, but an ESPN fighter like Manny Pacquiao would fight Danny Garcia on Showtime.

That's the kind of relationship Arum is aiming for - a scenario that benefits both sides.

"Lets not look at promoters particularly, lets look at networks. Over at Showtime, Espinoza is a very smart guy. And his boss is a very big fight fan, a good friend of mine, Les Moonves, and Moonves will make these fights happen. They can't all be on ESPN nor can they all be on Showtime - so there is something called trade," Arum told BoxingScene.com...

"The big boys, whether it's CBS, ABC, FOX, ESPN - they have no problem with college football... arranging who gets which game and so forth. I think it will be the same and it should be the same with Showtime, CBS and Top Rank - that if they need a Top Rank fighter to fight on Showtime, we'll make them available. And if there is a fighter who traditionally fights on Showtime or CBS, they will make him available to ESPN.

"I think that we'll work very, very well with [Showtime, CBS] - at least that's my hope."

Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum has made it no secret that he's no fan of the current leadership at HBO Sports, but he's more than willing to have a working relationshi

Unfortunately for Loma, Bob doesn't feel the same way about Peter Nelson and HBO, nor is his relationship as good with Oscar, as it is with Al Haymon!

That's asking too much? What does HBO get out of that? TR will have this problem for both Loma and Crawford! What's Bob gonna do? Tell Spence, Thurman, Porter, and Garcia, that they have to come to ESPN for Crawford?
Linares is fighting on undercards right now and Loma is one of the biggest draws in the sport thats the difference. Also Top Rank is contractually bound to Espn. Imagine if the tables were turned and ryota murata called out Canelo and Arum said he wanta to make the fight and Golden Boy offers Murata 5x his biggest payday, but then Arum says they have to change the date or make Canelo fight on Espn or no fight, everyone would be in an uproar. But since you guys have so much hatred for Arum like a scorned woman you will always blame him no matter what the circumstances

Because Pacquiao and Lomachenko are much bigger draws than Mathysse and Linares so its not a fair trade. A fair trade would be Beltran for Mathysse or Jesse Hart for Linares who is still an undercard fighter. That would be a solution but Oscar an Hbo are being unrealistic
