I'm confused. Less than a month ago, the IBF ordered Spence to fight Ocampo next. Is Ugas supposed to take the place of Ocampo or be after Ocampo?

I don't know if they should even let Ugas or Ocampo in the ring with Spence. He could honestly kill them in there.
