Pacquiao did better, even though he fought scared against Rios. He wasn't scared because he was coming back from getting knocked out by Marquez, he was just scared of Bam Bam's power and skills.

Rios was dominating the fight and giving Garcia a serious beating before he gassed out and Danny landed that lucky shot. But Garcia showed heart coming from way behind and landing that Hail Mary shot. Kudos to Swift.

Dont forget Pacquiao got knocked out cold by Marquez just before Rios fight, Garcia had no ring rust, he was actually moving a lot against rios and had great stamina,wasn't damaged at all he took a nice break and was younger than Manny.

Garcia just isnt that great of a boxer but intangibles keep him at the top like his power, his chin. He struggled with guys like mauricio Herrera and got hit a lot against Rios.

Garcia has the best Chin in boxing hands down.
