it's weird, he's shown heart in certain circumstances like tonight and the first berto fight but has completely crumbled in others like vs maidana, berto in the 2nd fight and vs Collazo.

This! Man, especially the Kotelnik fight. Kotelnik outboxed him something FIERCE.. By the end, Alexander was just throwing random arm punch combinations while getting peppered with laser-guided straight, precision jabs, followed with straights, and lead hooks... Man, his 1-2 was working like a charm!

He outclassed Alexander in every aspect. Alexander had absolutely no answer for Kotelnik's jab, which controlled the entire fight from round 1 to 12.

I remember being so disgusted at the bias of HBO's commentators as well. that was a bad look for boxing in general. it seemed to go largely unnoticed, or nobody cared enough to make a deal about it. Just got brushed under the carpet quickly.

Lol, remember when everybody thought Alexander was some devastating puncher? Cause a shot, walking punching bag Juan Urango walked into a perfectly timed uppercut from Alexander? Don't get me wrong, that was a beautiful shot, but it was hilarious people thought Alexander was a devastating puncher with exceptional speed.

It turns out while he is decently quick, his speed is deceiving, as he throws arm punches, and PULLS his punches back, rather than punching through his target.

Ortiz fought with a lot of heart but Devon won this fight clearly. But both guys really fought hard and made a solid case for each guy getting back on TV with that kind of spirited affair.

The only reason Ortiz showed heart in this fight is cuz Alexander was never known as a power puncher anyways and Ortiz couldn't be hurt.

Anyone with decent power makes Ortiz crumble the first solid shot they land.

Rios, Garcia, Porter, Thurman, Spence, and anyone else I forgot to mention would stop him.
