My thoughts are that it will be Groves who finishes this fight stronger with more left in the tank. That it will be Eubank who will look desperate and ragged. Eubank does not work for 3 minutes a round, he works in short bursts, has a breather, then does it again. His opponents since BJS have been happy with the breaks themselves. Groves will work him for 3 minutes a round here & Eubank will have his mouth wide open taking big gulps.

It suits Groves to keep it as a boxing match, because he is a level above Junior. However, I also don’t think he will be overly concerned when Eubank bum rushes him. He’ll fancy landing some big body shots & tying him up & throwing him round. I fancy him to get the stoppage here, but if it goes the full 12, I expect a 9 maybe 10 round type winning margin with everyone wondering why they thought it would be a 50-50 & how Eubank isn’t a supermiddle.

I will say one thing about Junior though. Fair play for taking the fight, knowing he’s out of his depth...and he does know it. I look forward to hearing him & his dad talking about the warrior code and taking the beating like a man etc.

Groves win by TKO, round 10.

To me this is a typical fight that fans get right in a prediction thread. Its a question of how good Eubank Jr is and most of you feel he is not good enough to beat Groves. He already lost to Saunders and Grove is the naturally bigger man. Eubank might be that good...but I would not bet on it yet until he shows he can handle the jump up in competition.

Groves is not really a great fighter. But he is a perfect test to see if Eubank can fight at the next level.

Why would you give him credit for taking the fight when he's in a tournament? Eubank didn't sign up to drop out in the semi-final cause he's up against a tough opponent.

I don't think Eubank believes his out of his depth. I think he's very confident (maybe overconfident) and he's coming to win.

Not sold on Eubank at all. I'll go with Groves.

            I've been wrong before though.

I'm a bit surprised that Eubank is the favorite on betting sites. Groves in the proven fighter, physically bigger and stronger and should IMO be the slight favorite to win.

I do have a gut feeling Eubank will put on a great performance, win and prove he's more than just a big mouth.

Groves has one chance: stay the hell away from those shots, work the body and hope Eubank makes a mistake, otherwise he's getting stopped.
                  something like this...
