The last time I saw a fighter a BLOODY pile of mess and won was horn vs. PAc and then Tito against Oscar before. Tito's white trunks were all red after the fight.Comment

I'd take good fight over good date.
If Top Rank wants to stay on May-12, no problem - but put money out to get meaningful fight. There's not that many avaible - but hey - Berchelt? Easter Jr.? Javier Fortuna?
I just hope it's meanigful fight.Comment

Yep.
Its Arum bro. Arum isn't known as a cat who's willing to dangle a couple extra carrots to make a fight. He's a pencil pusher who has control issues. He's got the accounting figured out already & if x + y doesn't = z it ain't happening. Beltran or something lower than Beltran if his cut makes him unable to fight will be the move. No way Easter or Fortuna get a call. Berchelt might be possible, but I'm still not sure of Berchelt's relationship with HBO & if there is some sorta matching offer they have with him.Comment

Put up the money for Easter Jr. - I think he'd consider it at least.Comment

I don't know.....we're talking about a replay of PPV here. Anybody that wanted to see it bad saw it the night it happened. If not, there are a billion ways to stream a fight after it happened. Do people stay home on Saturday night to watch a replay of a fight? I would stay home to watch Linares/Lomachenko live. A replay of GGG/Canelo 2? Well, no.
Holding a date for a replay? It's a golden tradition or something? Personally, I don't mind watching afternoon fights on Saturday like in the old days lol. Are you telling me that HBO couldn't have an afternoon replay of Canelo/GGG 2 leading up to the ESPN card? They wouldn't get a ton of Mexicans having afternoon parties to watch the replay of Canelo/GGG2? HBO can't think outside the box. HBO boxing sucks these days. Let's be honest.Comment
