How the heck does Canelo have a better resume than Golovkin? He may have fought a couple of guys with more name recognition. Floyd and Cotto but Cotto was s shot fighter and Floyd embarrassed him. How did Canelo avoid fighting either of the Charlo brothers by the way?

I'm a Golovkin fan but I don't think you can argue that he has a better resume than Canelo. The Mayweather fight alone does it for me. Fighting a prime Lara and Trout consolidate that, for me anyway. Prime Lara is better than anyone Golovkin has fought. However, I thought Lara edged that fight.

Ggg is older and has shown signs of slowing down but I think he's still good enough to beat Canelo. So if Canelo wins clean, then props to him. Key world being clean. But can you admit that when ggg was blasting fools and was Canelos mandatory, golden boy wanted no parts of that fight?

Yes of course. I feel Canelo would of fought Triple g right after Cotto. But at the end of the day he's not the boss. And Canelo is Boxing's golden goose so I can understand why Oscar was hesitant to match Canelo with Triple g at that time. I don't agree with it but that's Boxing.

No I'm stating a fact. Canelo and company stated they were waiting because Canelo wasn't ready. He suddenlNoy became "ready" when G didn't knock out Jacobs and the Cabello fans were getting irritated with Canelo. Golovkin will be 36 at the time of the rematch. That's old for a fighter. It's not going to help Canelo however.
