I can't tell you how many casual boxing fans that will always be casual fans because they figured out how corrupt of a sport it is after 1 or 2 fights, pretty damn sad.

My dad hates boxing, absolutely hates it. He isn't against watching guys fight, but he grew up in the 50s and 60s and the mob was all over it and as someone who grew up around all of that up north, he can't stand it.

For the longest time I told him to give it a chance, that there is nothing as dramatic as a great boxing match, and one night he decided to come watch a fight with me.

We watched Alexander-Kotelnik.

Needless to say he hasn't watched since.
