Do you think Golovkin used steroids on his prime?

It's a possibility for any elite athlete, but what would even hint at that for GGG?

steroids is a pretty broad term. i suspect virtually all top boxers and athletes of being on something. testing procedures are years behind performance enhancers. these guys on tv regularly and in championship fights make millions, and millions more for massive players like TV networks, casinos, and to a lesser degree but for a smaller group of beneficiaries, for promoters.

so do i think golovkin was on the gas at some stage or even now? yeah, i can't prove anything but i suspect any multi million dollar athlete.

what you're all discounting, and it's due to an agenda to discredit golovkin that you're doing it, is that golovkin has aged visibly since he debuted on HBO in '12. i mean FFS that was five years and 15 fights ago! this is not floyd mayweather, either! this is a guy who comes forward, blocks punches with his face at times like it's a boxing move, and who had 300 amateur fights and turned pro as a grown man.

He is my favorite boxer so I am not neutral but he has never tested positive so I will assume he never used peds. Some boxers are just naturally good and only need heart and hard training to succeed. If they aren't naturally good I a not convinced that any peds can make them good. I think the amount peds help a boxer fight better is badly overrated.

How do you explain that one dude who used an IV he had more muscles at 40 than he did at 25- 30 years of age

What are you even talking about? You're clearly talking about floyd which is a completely different situation, and I absolutely believe it's nearly impossible for a man in his mid to late 30s to get bigger and leaner naturally. I said all this in the thread about floyd

This is ******, you can be 50 and have veins popping out all over depending on diet and training, and these athletes do take PED's in protein shakes and other supplements, guaranteed some of the things they are taking now will be banned within 5 years and new supplements that pass the tests will be produced.

This. I want to see all fighters constantly hooked up to a dialysis machine that is testing their blood at all times, during training, sleeping, etc. The only time it's acceptable to remove the fighter from the machine is during the stare down at the start of the fight.

Then and ONLY then, will we know for sure.

Wonder when will people stop equating muscle definition to steroids. It's the not the same thing, it never was.

He didn't need peds. He fought a string of no hopers and fringe guys and belt holders from two weight classes below him.
