Comments Thread For: Callum Smith Leans Toward Heavy-Handed' Groves Over Eubank

Callum Smith made it clear he could see the George Groves-Chris Eubank Jr. fight going either way. Pressed to pick a winner, however, Smith went with Groves. The defending WBA super middleweight champion will battle Eubank, the IBO 168-pound champ, in a much-anticipated, 12-round domestic showdown Saturday night in Manchester, England.

After Skoglund I thought Smith was at a disadvantage for having a tough fight but he’s recovered and potentially has an easier fight that the other 2 which might just give him a better chance in the final....

Callum Smith is still in this tournament?! but Ronald Gavril who had the balls to fight David Benavidez at the WBC 168 world title is getting another crack at glory, and Anthony Dirrell that Callum also ducked is defending his IBF 'Interim' World Super Middleweight Title against the same opponent like Benavidez!

yet here is Callum Smith waiting to fight old Braheamer just to advance whilst everyone in his class already accomplished twice as much in the same span of time. PATHETIC!
