If he's telling the truth, then that is absolutely horrible. The problem right now is that everything a girl says is "true" and if the guy tries to defend himself he's "lying". On top of that, there's no road to redemption. You're pretty much banished from your career based on hearsay, and a bunch of people that weren't there and have no clue what happened in the first place all pile on the hate train like they don't have their own sh *t they've done in their lives. I completely get that some situations are true and that is sad, but girls can be spiteful and lie just like a guy can. These are dangerous times and worse, we're teaching our younger males some pretty fu *ked up lessons making them afraid to even talk to a girl. We're literally moving closer and closer to everyone having to walk around with a damn body cam on all day long just to cover yourself.

no witnesses, and no evidence = nothing to see here

and if the incident happened in a crowded room, and the only witness is her best friend..... then forget it

everything should be proven beyond reasonable doubt

So even if he did grope the girl how come that crime is called battery. You batter down a door to enter a house, you don't grope the door to open it.

Sexual assault?? Grabbing butt? Really?? There's a lot of words in the language and people and institutions should learn to use them to distinguish between minor and major battery or assault or ****.

I hope Broner is right. In the UK every single **** case has had to be reviewed after three court cases had to be dismissed because police were withholding evidence showing the female 'victim' was lying.

My 18 yr old nephew is at university - not 'interested in girls right now' because of all the hassle - and he's not gay

Yeah but tell that to several actors in the USA. Woody Allen (love his films but he is a weird guy) was criminally investigated in the mid nineties for ******ing his daughter. No action taken. twenty years plus later his daughter is still claiming she was child ******ed (her prerogative) but as a result loads of actors are coming out and saying they will never work with him again or wish they hadn't worked with him - and they're idiots because all that information was in the public domain for twenty odd years already. So what has changed? "MeTo" - people feel compelled to dis-associate themselves from a stink or else they will become tainted too.

As for Broner. So, yeah, he is flashy and brash, but he has a the same right to be that as any woman has to wear a mini-skirt.

dozens - probably a million people have seen his fights and with that beard and chubby face is distinctive
