So now Crawford vs Horn is a PPV fight, with Manny vs Alvarado on the undercard?? That's a good one Bob, best April fool's joke ever!

Now that floyd is retired again there is no one on Showtime that can fight on PPV

The reason the Khan fight didn't happen has nothing to do with nefarious activity by Uncle Bob and everything to do with the mysterious Middle East millions being nothing more than a mirage.

You pac-tards actually believe Pacquiao and arum aren't in on this together? Pacquiao has been the king of cherrypicking for years.

Good. I don't support PPV. No one worth it today. Only matchups and umm, this ain't it.

i have plenty of money so I don't care. Turn it into a bbq or drive out to vegas. This isn't a great matchup but you cant expect to have pac horn and crawford on the same card and not be ppv.

Showtime would have ppv if they had any fighters that could sell ppvs but they don't so they don't have any. If Joshua and Wilder meet that will become a ppv though. Not sure how much it will sell but it will be ppv

Top Rank doesn't have PPV worthy fighters either, but they still try to sell them anyway:

                  September 2, 2016:

Terence Crawford’s resounding decision win against Viktor Postol to unify junior welterweight world titles on July 23 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas was a money loser, as most expected it would be, but it did not lose as much as Top Rank promoter Bob Arum thought it would. Arum told ESPN.com that the fight generated between 50,000 and 60,000 buys on HBO PPV but a stronger-than-expected gate helped offset losses, which he said amounted to about $100,000.

                  http://www.espn.com/blog/dan-rafael/...ord-postol-ppv

We haven't been paying for Crawford, and Manny hasn't sold well in 4eva, so I don't understand why they think this card will do better?

                    lol poop.

Pacquiao should NOT be fighting on any undercard, this is ridiculous, I don't care how washed up he is and if he's fighting a bum like Mile High. Crawford is not a draw outside of buttphuck Omaha or whatever hick town he's from. We saw his failed PPV attempt against Postol that was a total bomb. Manny is still in the top 3 draws along with Canelo and AJ, so I don't what weed Arum is smoking here. Pacquiao VS Matthysse as the headliner and Crawford/Horn as the co-main event makes too much sense I guess.

It is a pretty depressing series of events that has led Pacquiao to be fighting Mike Alvarado, on ESPN, on the undercard of a Jeff Horn title fight, at one of the smaller Vegas venues.
