The weather is better over there. Most of the time its cold so bar hopping, clubbing, dinning, etc. I tail gate for some of the football games at the Meadow lands but the cold can make it brutal at timesComment

I think there are two factors. One is that he is supposed to have a tune up and Matthysse definitely isn't a tune up and secondly this is an expensive show with Crawford-Horn. Matthysse is going to want a lot more money than Alvarado. After reading this and reading what Pac said in terms of fighting mattyssee in April or May proves that Pac literally has no clue who he's fighting until it's time to train or go to the damn press conference. Clearly what Pac wants falls on deaf ears cuz he said he wanted to fight at MSG and Freddie has said numerous times that it's hard to motivate Pac to step in with the vargas' and Jeff horns of the world.
**** You Bob
I think Matthysse is more possible in the fall if Pac doesn't fight Crawford or LomaComment

Yeah, we have perfect weather basically. Whatever time of year you are good. It's never too cold during the day basically. I have Rams season tickets. I think the worst it got this year was like 60 after one game we were still going and that's as bad as it gets. It's amazing to me people are out tailgating in the freezing cold like on the East Coast.
Besides you can hardly tailgate at Barclays or MSG. Can't tailgate at Staples Center here but Forum and StubHub is good. Just not a lot of bars around those venues.Comment

Look, I think little of Golovkin sometimes, but that's harsh to call him 6th or 7th, and Canelo isn't on anyone's undercard...
Don't forget...
WBC/WBA welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. spoke out publicly for the first time on the ongoing negotiations to make a mega-fight with WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao on May 2nd at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Pacquiao recently stated, in several interviews, that he agreed to all of the terms - on his side of the negotiations. Bob Arum of Top Rank, who promotes Pacquiao, says his company is also satisfied with the terms. Based on Mayweather's comments, the fight is not as close as everyone seems to be writing.
Originally posted by BoxingScene"Hopefully its Mayweather-Pacquiao [on May 2nd]. Of course we are trying to make the fight happen between me and Pacquiao. Are we negotiating? Absolutely we are negotiating. But Pacquiao said that he agreed to everything. What did you agree to? You have no say so. You have a boss. You don't have no say so. You have a boss.....that's called Top Rank Promotions. It's not called Pacquiao Promotions. With my company, it's called Mayweather Promotions," Mayweather stated during an interview with Shade 45 Radio.
"We're going to make it happen though. We're trying, but it's been extremely difficult dealing with Top Rank. And I don't want to sit here and point the finger at Pacquiao and say 'it's him.' It's not Pacquiao, it's his promoter. A lot of times when Pacquiao says 'I agreed' - you don't have nothing to do with this, you're not a boss. On a chess board you're a pawn."Comment
