You can train hard to build a muscular physic but if you don't do stamina training it doesn't mean you are stamina fit. I don't know how much endurance training Joshua gets maybe that's why he struggles. Does he do road work and if he does, does he do enough.

      Obviously...

Razvan Andrei Cojanu - last minute training partner sub in he should have stopped easily.

Andy Ruiz Jr* - arguably lost this fight (albeit good quality opponent)

His secret to 12 rounds appears to be throw less punches and you'll look less gassed .. which to be fair will work as far as conserving energy goes.
Yep , not only that the only relevant fighter that pressed him the entire time was 6'1 slow foot Ruiz and Parker only landed about 10 clean head shots in rnds 10 , 11 , 12 all together . He landed less than that against Fury .

Joshua's punch out put is more sustainable in the 240's anyway logically hes lighter . Parkers team including Barry are imbeciles if they dont know stamina is gained by going long in fights through experience ,you get accustomed to going longer the more you fight . This is boxing 101 . And Joshua is built and fights in aggressive ,explosive style , really these guys are utter idiots . lol

The whole weight thing is bizarre anyway , Joshua weighed the most against Klitchko then Takam at 254 , he had gained late rnd experience by going 11 with Klitchko and he won every rnd against Takam .

Parker on the other hand has ACTUAL handful of 12 round fights and nothing suggests his stamina is better ,he has never exceeded Joshua's power punch count in a LATE rnd in rnd 10 , a LATE rnd vs Takam .

If anything all this shows good stamina on Joshua's part at 20 fights in , i guess ppl just want to continue be ******s around here , it seems like its the IN thing to be ?

The question Parker will be asking after the fight, is how could all of his theorizing and trash talking STILL have resulted in AJ knocking him the fuck out?

These are things Parker should be saying AFTER the fight if he wins. Why would he say it now and let team AJ know they are on to that?
Would be much smarter to stay quiet, use it to your advantage in your game plan and if you win talk about what you saw before the fight and how you used it to your advantage. They are obviously trying to get into AJs head and create self doubt but I think the "chinny" talk has done that. Any other advantages they see they should keep on a hush.

Genetically it's clear Joshua has a greater number of fast twitch muscle fibers and a lower number of slow twitch muscle fibers. This means he's powerful and fast, but also means he has endurance issues as his muscles will fatigue faster than those with more slow twitch muscle fibers in comparison to fast twitch.

Joshua's training clearly needs to focus more on endurance but in this regard he'll always be at a disadvantage.

Oilskin Parker, as a Pasifikan/Polynesian, also has fast muscle twitch fibres, is powerful and fast.

Less powerful than AJ, but definitely faster and better stamina.

I guess he does more cardio and less weights.
