The truth of the matter is that Canelo didn't do any running whatsoever.

There were MANY times that Canelo leaned against the ropes and set traps for GGG, and what did GGG do? He just stood there and waited, afraid to engage.

Ring Generalship is the ability to dictate the pace of the fight, and also when and where to engage and when to disengage. At no point in that fight was Canelo not in control of those aspects of the fight.

GGG fought a superior boxer and pulled the Pacman with his excuses.

More really needs to be said about the brilliant match making by Golden Boy. They timed the fight perfectly waiting for GGG to turn 35 and look vulnerable.
