Lennox Lewis also exposed a power punching hype job just like wilder. His name was michael grant and he was supposed to be the next big thing.

Hold your ground. In this situation (fantasy fight talk) It’s more respectable to say what you think rather than saying what others want you to think/say.

Wilder better back all this up because he easily has his toughest test to date coming up and seems a bit carried away. It’s all good having confidence but we saw what happened with Degale who was saying Eubank Sr was a **** fighter and clearly looking past his Truax but even then it was more understandable because he was so heavily favoured. Yeah Wilder may be a favourite but this is a legit matchup, he has to be on his a game it can’t be another Molina type performance.

Wilder would do well to keep his mouth shut. He is already easy to dislike before he even opens his mouth. Saying foolish and egotistical things wont help the situation.
But on the other hand, would you expect him to say anything different? Muhammad Ali used to claim that he was superior to past legends like Louis, Marciano, and Dempsey, which was equally as disrespectful as Wilder's statements about beating a prime Tyson. Today's Champions are neither mature nor humble. Those qualities are no longer held in high regard by society in general. We end-up with Champions who have little integrity, zero humility, and a very poor moral fiber.

I can just picture Wilder's gangly frame malfunctioning as Tyson slips and lands a crushing left hook

i'll go with bigger and heavier now but he can leave better training and technology out of it.

Thats like saying schumacher is a better driver than jin clark because he had a better car. Duh! No!! you give Schumacher an old car or Clark a modern car. Same with boxing eras -you whisk Wilder back to 1986 and training conditions or bring Tyson forward in time.

Tyson handled taller fighters including an admittedly faded Holmes who even then had better fundamentals than Wilder can even dream off. Also can you imagine Tyson in with Stiverne at any time in Stiverne's career. Carnage!!

Why doesn’t Wilder try fighting a top 5 heavyfight in this era before talking about dominating the best of previous eras in pretend fights...

It's good to have confidence but confidence is much like respect - it is better earned.

The guy throws his hands infront of him like Superman whenever someone attacks. His foot work? :Rolf: he’s got power and that’s it. Also the HW division has been kinda week in competition for a long time.
