It was an early stoppage, in that Takam still had his senses about him. But he couldn't see AJ's right hands coming in because of the blood from his cut eyes, which was a dangerous situation, and he hadn't won a round in the entire fight.
He had blood in his eyes almost the whole fight, and was still avoiding AJs robotic punches with ease.

Parker has shot if AJ comes in like a ***ing action figure from the G.I. Joe like he did with Takam cuz he was very stiff, easy to read and too linear!

If he regains the speed he had when he was 240'ish then he can mop up Pie Man Parker before tea and crumpets is served!

      Keep ducking Wilder!

If he was avoiding AJ's punches with ease ... then why did he have blood in his eyes for almost the whole fight and who decked him in the 4th?

Are you going to blame the ref for that too?

British boxing commentators have always been "homers" like that.

If a British fighter gets an injury, or just gets the shit beaten out of him, they will always talk about how brave and gallant he is.

Harry Carpenter, the old BBC announcer, once forgot about commentating altogether and started shouting encouragement to Frank Bruno when he fought Tyson.

ahhh fair enough, it's a brit thing then. I always grew up watching the matches on North American PPV, so I didn't have that exposure. Give me Larry Merchant over any of those British commentators any day.

I might be in the minority here, but I also really like RJJ on commentary. He's insightful, well spoken and funny.

I like RJJ's commentary too. I don't understand why he didn't pursue it as a career instead of carrying on fighting, if he needs the money. If he has too many fights, starts slurring words and forgetting names, that option won't be there for him any longer.

Purse for a fight is likely 100x more than a commentary salary, but it probably just comes down to his love of the sport. he doesn't want to hang up the gloves because he loves boxing. Hell, a ****** injury caused me to stop boxing almost ten years ago, and I still miss it and wish I could have a match today lol

Now all Joshua fans relax its just my opinion it's not factual lol.
Always good to read a non biased non fanboys opinion. Some people get so but hurt due another persons opinion, I think you could be on the money, just my option too, hope you Joshua fans don't target us cause we have a difference in opinion.

The giant juicing glass jawed robot wont be able to get his head out of the way fast enough when oilskin starts throwing combos.

Sure, Joe will have to eat a few trying to get inside, but that's part of the job description.

He needs to be very wary of those uppercuts though. That's easily AJ's best power shot!

Yep 4th round knock down was a joke. Ref jumped in to give AJ a rest.

Just like when AJ was spitting out his mouth gaurd against klitchko to get a rest.
