I agree Calzaghe is under rated. I don't know if I'd put him above Hagler, Hopkins and Jones, but he's in the same league. All four are all time greats. Even though Calzaghe's career is a bit light on big fights, when you take everything into account, his achievements still show how good he was. No one had an answer for his speed, fitness, will to win and underrated southpaw skills.
I've noticed he punched differently earlier in his career, the left hand that put Eubank down was genuinely powerful, but we never saw that later in his career, so I believe that his hand problems were the reason he didn't get more stoppages. He knew how to punch properly, as well as how to do everything else well.

Also, I think they should have used Floyd's compubox numbers after 2007. I'm sure I've read they were just as good, if not better from 2008 until his retirement.

Roy's tooting his own horn at the end of his career and getting holes shot in his claims. Accept praise from others Roy, don't praise yourself.

Return to question one! In 10 to 15 years, no fan will even know who they are. The bad thing is, Calzaghe might fall into that category too.

As Compubox suggests RJJ is the better offensive fighter than Floyd, however, this "analysis" doesn't factor in defense at all and Floyd is Top 3 defense and possibly GOAT defensive fighter.

Not sure what this "analysis" is supposed to suggest?

It was a non title fight, although Marquez was p4p #2 so there is that.
