Arum clearly doean't want to matxh his guys against any pbc fighter and have someone else make money besides him. He will only agree if it benefits him or his fighter. Hes had 3 secent fights on like 3 years. PBC has a great card every other week it seems.

That's right, Loma is scared. Talking tough on social media and then hiding behind Daddy Arum. Mikey is gonna smoke Linares, while Loma fights nobodies. Three fighters at lw who matter: Mikey, Linares, and Easter. And so Loma is going to move up to 135 get a paper title and not fight any of the top fighters at 135. Yay, Arum is so great!

Dang, Arum must not believe in Loma, cause Linares isn't anything special. Kid is scared to death of Mikey. Wouldn't be surprised to see him vacate just to avoid Mikey actually.

Expect to see Loma fighting bums at 135 and Crawford fighting bums at 147 for years to come.

i will. Ill call uncle bob and say hey make that mikey fight and by the way he is an independent fighter but youll still have to do business with him on showtime hahaha. Gtfoh. The RING article came out yesterday NOT today.
Did you even read this article contradicting what Arum told Ring and other reporters? That's what Gomez is responding to.

Gomez does acknowledge that Arum called Linares' co-promoter Akihiko Honda of Japan - but the CEO of Teiken Promotions told Arum to call Golden Boy.

"They did speak to Mr. Honda. Mr. Honda told them to call us, they never did," stated Gomez.

"I think it's all lip service. Lomachenko already has an opponent, it's already been pre-determined and they're just trying to get a little more promotion out of using Linares' name."

In the meantime, Gomez says he'll be waiting for Bob Arum to give him a call.

Arum called Honda which both reports confirm but Golden Boy is who they need to talk to. Honda told Arum to call Golden Boy who owns his rights for fights in the US. Honda has no say in this. And Arum hasn't once tried to make a deal with Golden Boy confirmed by their Prez he hasn't even reached out despite his own fighter calling out Linares and saying he wants that fight. Linares knows he hasn't called which is why he posted that instagram pic mocking Loma.

Eric Gomez is on record yesterday that he NEVER heard from Top Rank on Linares. Arum contacted Honda, he told him to contact GBP, Gomez said he never heard from Arum. As expected, you're carrying Bob's water on the "seven figure Linares offer". And the Rigo fight, tough negotiation Im sure. Rigo was happy to get a payday the way guys like YOU abuse him.

Top Rank is negotiating with Mr. Honda. If Mr. Honda and TR can come to terms at that point TR will contact GB and Mr. Honda will tell GB to make the deal. Nothing happens with Linares without Mr. Honda's express approval or direction. That's how it's been his entire career. Not about to change. If Mr. Honda wants Linares to fight Lomachenko and he is OK with the terms the fight will happen.

More on Linares/Loma. Arum made the offer to Teiken, who told him to contact GBP. Arum refuses to work with GBP. As usual, he has no intention of making the fight, just posturing as usual ready to place the blame on others and use media hacks like you to help his blame campaign.

Dan Rafael is Bob Arum's mouth piece and has been flat out wrong numerous times especially when folks quote rubbish he says in his chat. If he mentions anything that has to do with Golden Boy or Haymon he is especially batting a low average for connects. Gomez promotes Linares and Linares the fighter himself are both on record saying that Arum hasn't called them. Honda is Linares International promoter. Golden Boy handles US and Gomez himself said Honda told him he has to make a deal with Golden Boy who he refuses to even call. Rafael is just repeating the same BS spin direct from Arum's mouth which Gomez had to go public to refute. LOL at Fat Dan getting slapped around by fans on his own chat.
