I think Mayweather would win. As long as the fighters must remain standing and no ground fighting is allowed Mayweather should win. Mayweather should be able to block kicks.

how is he gonna counter kicks from conor? i dont think the shoulder roll is gonna work here. i mean, he can try it and see what happens
