I have to admit, Saunders has a point! Signing with Hearn (HBO) will eliminate options for Jacobs!

Right now Jacobs is the odd man out and he's going to have to wait to get shot at Canelo/Golovkin. It's obvious there looking at a trilogy. Anything could happen while he's waiting. He might have an off night and end up losing a fight he's supposed to win. Unfortunately, Saunders is in the driving seat and he can make these kinds of statements when it comes to Jacobs.

Jacobs needs to move to 168. He has no path to anything meaningful at 160 until probably late 2019. Anybody who doesn't see that is in denial. And honestly, depending how things go, if Canelo is the one who emerges from the GGG/BJS triangle, I don't see Danny getting the fight over guys like Charlo and maybe even a possible Spence fight.

Danny is not box office. He's getting outsold by those other PBC guys in his own city. Waiting around at 160 does nothing for him right now. There are some scalps at 168 that would serve him well.

Pretty sure he just fought in a decent sized pub in Canada hey, and made a nice account of himself. If the money is there Saunders will take it.

BJS would give Jacobs a BOXING LESSON out this world! I get it he had a great performance against GGG but he lost! He isn’t entitled to anything until he moves back up the ladder!! Sitting and waiting on the bench won’t get you up the ladder! You got to make some fights happen!

Before the Lemieux fight everyone was saying BJS is going to run away and get beat. Now Lemieux is a bum and BJS is ducking Jacobs.
Nobody is ducking anyone here. Jacobs is signing with Hearn because he’s promised him money. BJS is saying this to increase his chances of fighting on a lucrative show vs Jacobs.

Jacobs has a longterm deal with HBO, according to what's been said.

After Alvarez-Golovkin 2, Oscar may end up being a sniveling snake and try to run that fight a third time (September PPV at JerryLand), but the hole starts to go dry kinda quick for those two.

Sanders likely fights the winner (Alvarez in September; Golovkin in October), but the loser of that fight likely needs a fight too.

HBO fighter vs HBO fighter; pretty straightforward.

Jacobs fought Arias, seems set to fight Sulecki in the Spring, (assuming he wins) will likely fight the loser of the fight or Andy Lee or Spike O'Sullivan in the Fall, and definitely have a meaningful fight by the Winter (with Jacobs/Hearn telling his story along the way).

Damn that's a solid explanation, I like your views, man if we have to see GGG and Canelo fight again then god help us! Oscar is a snake though, I would love to see Saunders fight the winner then Jacobs mix it up. Maybe fights against Charlo or Andrade are possible?
