I think you're willfully ignoring the context here. Regardless that (I assume) you and me both think Manny beat Horn clearly, Horn got the W which changes things compared to 8 or so months ago.

Horn is an undefeated champ and this is Crawford's first fight at full welter. I don't know how you can seriously call Crawford overrated, but that's fine if you feel that way.

I personally don't want to see Manny fight Crawford, Lomachenko etc. because I don't want to see Manny get stopped or unnecessarily hurt to the head again. Manny is old, aging, and his goals in this sport are unclear at best.
It's going to start looking like the plight of Holyfield or Roy Jones in another 2 or 3 years.

The Pacquiao/Matthysse fight makes some sense to me. But if that's where Manny is at now, he needs to consider retirement more seriously.

Horn is a great first fight for Crawford at 147, it ought to answer some real questions about Crawford at 147.

That isn't what Arum said. He said he is working toward Crawford/Manny by the end of the year. I and many, many others don't believe him doe.

when Manny picked him he didn't have a signature win or held a championship.the media referred to him as a schoolteacher and ESPN/Arum marketed him that way.

umm because mofos are crying he didn't really beat pacquiao and that it was a robbery. . until this day nobody gives bradley credit for beating pac and to everybody pac is basically 3-0 vs timmy which is why their third bout was ridiculed even though bradley was an elite welter.

If he would quit politics and train hard for the Crawford fight, I would agree but we both know it won’t happen. Crawford is already up there, the only thing he needs to do to boost his PPV numbers is to fight guys like Garcia, Thurman and Spence, I believe Spence is the man right now.
