I like your weight classes. All the traditional weight classes are there and many of the new ones we never really needed are gone. Cruiserweight is there for good fighters who can't make 175 and don't want to fight giants. Same day weigh ins would end the problems that rule created.

[QUOTE=Luilun;18462775]Why don't we just go back to the original 8 weight classes, add Cruiser, Heavy weight than Super heavy and same day weigh so we don't have guys weighing 20 pounds over the contract weight .

I like this. The 25 pound jump from LHW to CW is too much as it is, no-one can put on 11kg of muscle in any short amount of time. Why don't we just go back to the original 8 weight classes, add Cruiser, Heavy weight than Super heavy and same day weigh so we don't have guys weighing 20 pounds over the contract weight .

Well i actually do think there needs to be a bit of time for fights to build up and some of the newer champions to get more experience.
Once every two years to crown a Undisputed Champion would basically means there's also at least half the weight divisions going through the tournament.Comment

It's time to tweak the Boxing Weight Classes and some Rules.

NEW RULES IN BOXING:
Regular and Interim World Titles are elimated.
A World Champion Belt Holder must make THREE World Title defences during a 12 Month Calander Year including one defence against the Mandatory Number 1 and one defence against a Top 10 Opponent.
If a World Champion does not fulfill his Three defences a Year, they will be stripped of their World Title unless they provide Medical records/Written Notifcation of any Injuries or Family Bereavements that prevent them from fulfilling their required number of defences per year.
WBC/WBA/IBF/WBO will Remain but every TWO years, all World Champion Belt Holders must face each other to create an UNDISPUTED CHAMPION in their Weight Class.
Once an Undisputed Champion is Crowned, all Belts become vacant.

why even change the weight classes leave them be....
I would use more of universal naming of the weight classes and belts...
for example...
super welterweight = light middleweight
we know that but for someone who doesnt really follow boxing that would throw them off imo...
Also the belts have to remain at one belt per sanctioning body who is officially recognized by the ibhof.....
WBA
WBC
IBF
WBO
and then there's THE RING belt.......
imo what there needs to be is a universal boxing body to control those belt organizations (imo should be the ibhof that comes up with that)
must fight one mando per year if you only have ONE to two belts
must fight TWO mandos per year if you have more than 2 belts etc
NO STEP ASIDE FEES AT ALL!
and so on and so on.....Comment
