Considering boxing politics and the WBSS makes good fights hard to come by? If he's serious I'd say Chudinov would be ok next.
Anthony Dirrell, Jessie Hart rematch, Rocky Felding, Tyron Zeuge or Fedor Chudinov in that order of preference. This is all just to keep him busy until he can unify with the Benevidez/Gavril winner.
