If either guy was with Oscar I'd say it'd make a ton of sense as the co-main to some Canelo Mexicentric card in Sept. or May 2019.
Its that promotional stuff again though, they aint gonna make Ramirez/Benavidez until it makes a ton of money. Ramirez a bit out in the cold with Top Rank. You can look at other fighters in the division and plan out 3 good fights for them. Ramirez not so much, WBO rankings are dire, WBSS winner he just has to sit and wait until hes called upon.

Idk about that. I think the WBSS winner is gonna have some juice & power in the game. In particular if its Groves (don't think he gets past Eubank Jr, but if he does I think he wins it). People love that cat.

Yes, someone in the top 100. I think boxrec had the the unknown African ranked at 127th in the world.

Nah I meant Ramirez has to wait for them to call him. Actually one of the Brits that go out would be a good fight for Ramirez

              Ahhh okay fair enough.

168 is a pretty fun division potentially if these guys start fighting each other more. Kinda like 154 that way. But again I think the whole Haymon/PBC thing is hindering all that at 168 to with Haymon having a nice % of the guys in this division.

If DeGale gets his belt back that's a good match up and i think he wins that.

There are only 129 fighters at SMW?

Problem is Degale is still with Haymon, unification with Benavidez and WBSS winner would be the options before Ramirez name is even mentioned.
