Briedis is much faster than Gassiev and thats why he could land his shots on him. Gassiev is way too slow. His only chance is to land some power shots but most of them he won't land on Usyk.

I was not completely sold on Gassiev until yesterday. Now I am a believer.

I still favor Usyk (slightly), but if Gassiev fights smart he could knock him out.

Gassiev is not Breidis. If Gassiev find the holes in Usyk like Breidis did I see a long hard night for Usyk. Gassievs quickness and power eclipses Breidis. His movement will cause problems for Usyk and Gassiev will reach the body more and much heavier than Briedis. Usyk is another 1-2 artist like Dorito.

Interesting. I doubt that bothers Usyk at all. He's a road warrior. Went to Poland to win the WBO title against Glowacki and has fought each WBSS fight in his opponent's backyard (Huck in Germany and Breidis in Latvia). Why not make it a WBSS trifecta?

Gassiev is as quick as Breidis with the power and much more accurate with a better defense.. In fact the shots Breidis landed on Usyk were shots that he shouldn't have landed. Dorito has a lot more power than Usyk as well and G handled it with no problem. It's the intangibles that Gassiev brings to the table that will win the fight. IMHO.
