When a fighter is as arrogant as Dorticos, there's so much at stake and the fight is not one-sided, I think the referee should let the fight run its course and not stop it before any doubt is removed.
Also he didnt say it was a premature stoppage..

All these things are relevant in this game. Gassiev at 24 fought a much smarter fight than the 31 year old, arrogant Dorticos did. I don’t see him beating Gassiev.
Great fight ! Lot of respect for both.

This time he ended up being the one on the canvas.
His corner should have thrown the towel after the first KD. It was clear he couldn't defend himself.
His chin might be ruined for good now; he's always been in these types of wars.

Dorticos started strong, Gassiev finished strong thats the only difference here people talking about how Gassiev completely dominated are tripping, Dorticos won the first 4 rounds and a few in between but his stamina failed him and I feel that was Gassievs gameplan to drag him into deep waters and take him out like he did. Dorticos had never been past 10 rounds before so yeah Gassiev had the right gameplan.

But I think in the rematch GGG will fight more defensively. In the first fight GGG wanted a war, big drama show. But he was surprised when canelo moved a lot. I am sure in the next fight Golovkin will bring boxing, as he said himself after the fight. If he fights in the same manner, then he is ****** and this time 100% he will be KO'd out like Dorticos .
If gassiev ran as much as nelo, gassiev wouldn't have koed dorticos.
