Prior to this Gonzalez fight, Ancajas killed his last 2 opponents (Kinosita & Conlan) with body shots. Maybe Ancajas is wary of being countered that's why he didn't throw much body shots on this Gonzalez fight.

Ancajas is a little beast, he looked great in there.

Gonzalez did a lot better than I thought he would. He got dropped in the 1st amd outclassed most of the fight, but he kept trying to win and even caught Ancajas with so me good shots. Showed a lot of heart and way more resistance than Conlan who literally folded everytime Ancajas touched him.

Good scrap, time for Ancajas to take it to the next level.

And like Bradley said, I would like to more bodyshots. Ancajas showed what he could do with bodyshots against Conlan, but he was mostly headhunting against Gonzalez last night.
