News flash: No one expects any boxer to jump to mma and win. Not even Mayweather. It would do absolutely nothing to his boxing legacy. Nothing. Guess what Andreas? An MMA loss does not put any blemish on his boxing record.

And even if it did, why the heck would that matter now? So, he keeps his unbeaten record because that's what makes him so much money. But if he is never boxing again, then exactly how does that make him any more money? This says Floyd wants/needs his perfect record because that is what sells his fights. Maybe this Andreas was not aware that Floyd has been retired for a couple of years. He didn't even train for the McGregor fight. He is not coming back to box ever again. The only way it makes sense to keep a perfect record to sell boxing matches is if Floyd ever actually boxes again. Which is just not happening. I'm not sure if Andrea thinks Floyd is coming out of retirement or if he just never realized keeping a perfect record to sell fights does not matter if you never fight again. Either way, he has yet again proven himself to be an imbecile incapable of logic and reasoning.
I think his record of 50-0 carries itself to outside of boxing in a business sense for Floyd. His whole persona-legacy is built on being tbe in and outside of boxing and if he suffered a loss from mma it would damage that legacy more than just the 0 for the fight.

Big things happening in boxing at the moment. A certain rematch we are all gathering around for, shall we say. Then suddenly Floyd shows up with this. Some say it is genius on his part, some say it’s just a plea to stay in the limelight.

Make of it what you will, but Floyd won’t fight in the UFC with their rules and he doesn’t have to. Who cares man. Floyd is just grabbing some attention and letting people know he’s still influential. Couple of instagram posts gets us all talking. He knows what he’s doing.

The only way he would step into the octagon is if he took on a really mediocre opponent. Floyd was a great boxer but certainly a low-risk high reward guy since he got to welterweight, and benefittung from a fortunate decision or two when it seemed he lost, so dont make too much of the 0 in a record.

$1 billion dollars will buy you any fight

$1 billion dollars will buy fights in the UFC staged for Floyd to win; getting everyone involved paid and keeping Floyd’s legacy intact. $1 billion dollars is bigger than everyone’s integrity who’s involved. Just like Floyd carried Conor until the later rounds to make it entertaining. The only difference will be Floyd’s opponent will get paid to lose. $1 billion dollars will buy you any fight and the result you want.

99.9% certain FM will never participate by fighting in a MMA bout but I believe somehow he will become involved if it's a money maker... you know Floyd...

I agree with this, i doubt he himself would fight under MMA. He would probably be the coach on some MMA stuff, like a lot of people already pointed out here, he is an attention seeker who is getting a rise out of trolling.
