  • Top Ten Most boxin gets nations!! We all know! USA

Top ten p4p boxing powerhouse nations.

    https://www.reddit.com/r/Boxing/comm...s_of_all_time/

Con****uously missing Korea, China(for now), India (for now...

But it seems Puerto Rico has Norte champions per 100,000 people.

The U.K. too, although they have a population roughly equivalent to South Korea, those bad teef, pint guzzling, "Fish & Chip's" eating vatos can and do throw down!

One would think that eating ****y food lights the fire within Mexicano's, but we just love to fight any way. Korea let me down... Taiwan isn't know to be a boxing nation...

My beloved Philillpines is well represented, as well as Thailand... Absent Chris John, Indonesia or where ever he's from don't like combat sports, unless they are shoot people in East Timor ...

Japan is rated too high. How can they be ranked higher than Puerto Rico? I would put Japan at 7 or 8.

U.S., Mexico, and U.K. are definitely top 3.

They are not looking at populations only by country name, they have had a lot of champions.. Who eventually get owned when they fight in the USA.. Murata middle weight gold mentalist was talking about trading in the USA.. he said the boxing level is super high and in made him doubt himself, but delahoya encouraged him, so he's working even harder..

He was very candid in that tv interview.

The gap narrows between Mexico & the US if one considers all the Chicano boxers like de la Hoya, etc who have won titles.

But, it's easier if we just look at the flag they fight for..

That's true, but a lot of Japanese champions are smaller than Featherweights and rarely leave Japan to compete. I know Japan doesn't like their boxers fighting in other countries, they want to keep the action at home.

I was a fan of Hasegawa, he never left Japan but he at least took on the best fighters at his weight class who were willing to come to Japan. True warrior, I remember him giving Jhonny Gonzalez some work, until he got caught.

Hopefully Inoue can be a star outside Japan.

These lil champions have a large fan base but outside of fans like us, many people in America don't know them.. They fight on regular TV... No PPV stuff here...

Puerto Rico should be higher than Cuba & Japan but all lists are subjective I guess. Amazing history given its size. Mexico being #2 historically is amazing when you consider Boxing caught on way later there than in the U.K. & the US which has roughly 3x the population.

Where's Turkey at? Lol. Bottom 10 no doubt.

I’d have UK way lower tbh, we simply don’t produce many ATG fighters certainly in the last 50 years anyway.
