The guy openly vacated all his titles. Not only that he also had his license revoked, in short he wasn’t a boxer for a period. Same happened with Ali when they took his license, he ceased to be lineal until he beat the guy who fought as the no.1 or 2 against the other top two ranked opponent to restablish lineage, that happens wheh when the eventual winner of AJ/Parker vs Povetkin winner faces the winner of Wilder/Ortiz.

Neither Cyber Boxing Zone or TBRB recognises Fury. Thanks for owning yourself.

Joshua and Wilder are going to end up fighting for it regardless wheather its this year or next , whats the use or legitimacy of a belt when the person who they awarded it to Fury hasnt even fought since 2015 or defended a title ONCE to only postpone a champion further ? lol
They deemed Parker not good enough to have their Ring belt on the line but was o.k with Fury not fighting at all for years and him keeping it ? That is the problem and they look like fools .
They treated Fury's addiction and mental problems as illnesses.
Just like they wouldn't just strip a person who was ill in some other way, unless they didn't think he'd recover, then that's how they treated Fury in this case.
They gave him a chance to fix himself up and "heal" and now that he's supposedly done that and still isn't fighting they've stripped him.
I don't necessarily agree with them, but I understand where they're coming from.

Ok, I was following RING until the very end:
"We believe on the merits, Deontay Wilder is unanimously the second best fighter in the division."
U WOT MATES???
LOL on what merit? Joshua's STAY-BUSY fight against step-in TAKAM is a better opponent than Wilder has ever faced? BY FAR??
Joshua beat Wladimir (although an aged and past it version that Fury already beat). Still, at that point Wlad was so much better than Wilder or anybody Wilder beat?
Even Parker, with Hughie Fury and that fat Mexican dude Andy what's his name, are MUCH better than Stiverne - Wilder's best win??
Wow what a joke?
I can see waiting until the winners of Ortiz/Wilder and Joshua/Parker fight... BUT THE REASONING is hilarious!

People need to accept this honestly , it’s really sad the community doesn’t know the history behind this . Fury got blacked balled into retirement undefeated and came back . So in my book he’s still the champ unless Joshua vs Deontay happens at least for me.
Floyd won the lineal 147 belt from his first fight back from retirement against Hatton even though his last fight was Oscar for the 154 belt, why can’t fury do the same?Last edited by Removed Now; 02-05-2018, 11:11 PM.

Hahahahaha
There's no way Wilder deserves to be ranked higher than Joshua. No way.
But ok, let's say Stiverne was a better win than Takam.
Was he a better win than Klitschko?
And let's look at their entire bodies of work. Joshua has done more than Wilder, as has Parker with Hughie Fury and Andy Ruiz.

Here is the chain of events leading to Wilder getting his "world title:"
Vitali Klitschko beats Arreola's ass in defending his belt.
Vitali retires.
WBC title becomes vacant. Stiverne and Arreola fight for it. Stiverne draws Arreola first time; second time Stiverne beats Arreola.
Wilder beats Stiverne.
I honestly can't even name Wilder's opponents who he has defended against other than Arreola (LOL), and Spizlka.

nothing you said changes the fact that the lineal title becomes vacant when you retire.
