Today's boxing scene is not littered with a plethora of ATGs like the eighties - so no need for that additional testing imo.
Recent Resume plus a bit of the eye test. Loma passes the ey test for me plus in beating Russell Walters and Rigo his recent resume is better than any other fighter's.
somebody will come back and yap that he got beaten. So what. The fact he took Russell on next speaks for his character and confidence.
