  • Loma will kill Linares in quick fashion

I don't see anyone beating Lomachenko in the forseeable future, he is just too perfect a fighter with both good offense and good defense although his chin has yet to be tested. The only way to beat Lomachenco is to be like a stealth Bomber. Go in fast as soon as the bell rings and try to take him out by taking him by suprise.Try to hit him hard at the point of his chin with the hope of snuffing him completly out. If this doesn't work, good luck for the rest of the fight.

I don't either, but not because there aren't fighters capable of beating him, but because Top Rank will make intelligent matches as they usually do.

TR has the best matchmakers in the business. Always have. Look at Loma's recent opponents. The majority are moving up from lower weight classes to fight him. This is standard procedure for top rank.

I'm not saying Loma can't beat Mikey Garcia. Personally, I think that fight is a toss up. But the idea that nobody can beat Loma, I think you put him and Mikey in a trilogy and the only question is who wins twice and who wins once.

That is true. It was a known lie, reported by Rafael. The one who is practically an arm of TR. Spence never said that, no one did. Except some unnamed source, that only Rafael had. Rafael, who has absolutely no access to Haymon or anything relating to Haymon.

Mikey if fighting to become champion in a 4th division. He has already done it in three other divisions. I believe Garcia-Lipinets will involve a fight with TWO champions, while Loma isn't going to have any title if he fights Linares next.

And that isn't even cheerleading for Mikey. It is saying, he is doing what is best for him, and Linares is not willing to fight him.

It is showing how pitiful Arum pays. How does a fight like Loma-Rigo only have a $1.6 million purse??? I'm not cheerleading anyone, but refusing to bash a man for making more money fighting more champions, in higher and higher divisions.

In fact, in his last fight Mikey beat a mutli-division champ. And now he is fighting for a title in a fourth weight class.

So, yes, while the champions fight each other, apparently Mikey is fighting champions in higher divisions. What a loser!

I've been on press row with Dan many times and he is a nice guy, but not nearly as smart as he thinks he is. Arum has had him wrapped around his finger for years. Arum is a master at manipulating the media.

Don King was a master at manipulating the public, but was so over the top he could never get the media to fall for it. So they always wrote about King as the enemy. Arum is much more subtle and while some see through his bull****, a lot in the media have been charmed by him and fall under his spell.

Soooo many big fights where a day or two before the fight, Dan is a guest in Arum's home, having a fancy dinner, hanging out, watching old tapes, listening to old stories. Dan idolizes Arum. Which is fine. Arum is one of the best promoters of all time and one of the smartest people to ever work in boxing.

The problem is that Bob is totally full of **** and Rafael is too close to see it.

Arum agreeing to let Loma fight on a hbo ppv, to help hbo get more from what will be the years biggest ppv? Wow is right.

It honestly isn't even that good of a fight. Linares is a no one. Easter is more highly regarded than Linares. And Easter isn't any good at all. He's tall, that is it.

If Linares is running scared, good deal. Then we get to see Loma-Linares, and Mikey fighting to become the undisputed junior welterweight champion of the world in a fourth division. Then we would also get Mikey-Easter.

                • If Lomachenko can take apart another highly skilled guy like Linares in dominant fashion, man.. This will start to get scary.

                  • Lomachenko stops Linares.

                    But props if it happens.

That's the way to fight any foe who gulfs the other guy in skill. Seems simple but it's the only answer. Can't count the number of fighters I've seen over the years who allowed themselves to get monotonously, predictably picked apart..
