The 2009 failed negotiations over drug testing became such a huge public disaster - NSAC decided to randomly test both Floyd and Pacquiao out of competition.

Although the NSAC test were futile since they do not adhere to WADA protocols or ABP monitoring and can be beaten with something as simple as a WHIZZINATOR - I think NSAC actions sent a message to Pacquiaos camp that they will be facing more in depth scrutiny.

Not a Pac stan, but it's always annoying how guys on BS totally ignore age and the fact that guys get older and aren't the same after a particular age.

Now, that doesn't mean Pac's not juicing, but it also doesn't mean that he was.

The guy started out at 106. The fact that his power carried up to 140 is spectacular. Expecting him to just keep knocking dudes out while he's facing bigger, stronger guys is a little bit ridiculous.

No....... I mean when fighters like Manny, who have admitted to a past history METH use, FINALLY submit to Olympic Style Testing.

Don't you mean "his power carried up until stringent testing"?

I mean why stop @ 140lbs? He technically already defied all odds coming from a flyweight thru 135lbs .... right?

Wait......did he even "carry" his power in the first place????

Where was it vs Morales? Oh yeah.....he was weakened by needles for random blood test.....

          Im confused.

Either way, fact remains - ZERO stoppages since refusing OST and drawing skepticism and raising su****ions.

          Fact.

Algieri was knocked down 6 times.

Horn was a bloody mess and the referee, on ESPN for everybody to see, almost stopped the fight.
Almost is not good enough. Face it a school teacher beat him and took his belt.

....I thought he would TKO Floyd?!?!

But that ABP and Olypic style testing put the fear in team Pac and since then - ZERO stoppages.

              Not even Algieri.
You really expected Pacquiao to TKO Floyd?

Oscar was a weight drained zombie and it was the speed and accumulation that did him in, he has been hit much harder throughout his career.

Hatton was a great KO but Hatton is smaller than the opponents Pacquiao fought afterwards and was coming forwards which added to the KO power of the punch.

I can't believe you thought Pacquiao would Tko the defensive master and considerably larger Floyd.... especially considering he had been KO'd and made more cautious from the Marquez KO

Is that what turned you into a Pacquiao hater?

Pacquiao was an amazing talent but was tiny for 147 in height and reach... he had already started to fade and slow in the first Bradley fight... meanwhile he was fighting a bunch of bigger guys who had never lost via KO.

Things get harder when you move up in weight and fight bigger, tougher, harder hitting guys.....just ask Chocalatito.

Lol you might want to look back at that 9th round vs Horn. They were about to stop the fight. The power is real

                      fighting bigger guys, getting older.

if you look at manny's ko ratio, he wasnt knocking out bigger guys. he was stopping guys his size or smaller. once he moved up, the ko stopped, but he was still putting dents and leaving permanent damage on his opponents.
