I don't disagree with that assertion. After all it's only your opinion and one can make a strong argument that Ginger had indeed won that fight. I am not dis*****g that point of view.

However, it all came down to those three official judges preferences. Which did they prefer? The busier and more aggressive fighter or the cleaner, more accurate and harder punching fighter?

Personally for my money, I just don't believe that Nelo landed enough of those hard. crispy flashy counter shots, in order to offset Gennady's work rate. In addition to making a strong case in justifying winning that fight.

Canelo is going to get destroyed by a 1000 jabs from hell. All Golovkin has to do is double his work rate with the jab and forget any power punches. Eventually Canelo's cheek bones will get splattered. Even if Gennady misses 3x as much, the jab will destroy Canelo. Easy work for Golovkin in the rematch. Abel Sanchez will have Gassiev give Gennady the proper work needed to strike a 1000 jabs from hell.
