I would be careful with saying Usyk has no punching power. Dumb ass comment

        Mayweather vs Castillo 1
Mayweather was 138.5lbs and Castillo was 147.5lbs. fight night.

        Mayweather vs Castillo 2
Mayweather was 138lbs. and Castillo was 147lbs. fight night.

        Mayweather vs Maidana 1
Mayweather was 148lbs. and Maidana 165lbs. fight night.

I couldn't find one for the 2nd Maidana fight but he obviously outweighed Floyd again.

That's one big, strong, hard-hitting CW.

I think the more polished, experienced and fundamentally sound Dorticos is the tougher fight for Usyk. He can match him tit-for-tat, Gassiev's only real shots a punchers chance.

He doesnt carry big power , he has less than 50% K.O Percentage against top guys .Hes a volume puncher .

His biggest stoppage was Huck in the 10th round ,he needs alot of punches to hurt guys since fighting Glowacki .

Six of his Eleven wins by stoppage have come after the 6th round .

He has fought 5 top guys 2 were stoppages.

Could go either way. Gassiev has the power, Usyk is extremely well rounded though and can go the distance. I'm not sold on Gassiev's stamina.
50/50 for me. And, one of the best fights that can be made right now.

The cruiserweight division is bloody fun isn't it. Last weeks fight, this weeks fight.

A few guys i know who just watch boxing when it's a 'popular' fight, i tried getting them to watch Usyk - Briedis. I'm telling them about Gassiev - Dorticos (on free to air tv no less).
And they couldn't care less. Fuck 'em, it's their loss

Out of Gassiev and Dorticos, Gassiev is the easier fight for Usyk.

Dorticos is the one Usyk would be worried about a lot as the Cuban's right hand is the perfect weapon against Usyk who doesn't get out of range after offloading fast enough and moves back in straight lines.

Gassiev is not an easy fight, don't get me wrong, but Dorticos is real trouble for Usyk.

Actually, Dorticos is the one who throws almost every pumnch with maximum power which makes his stamina very suspect as his bouts progress on to the later rounds past the first 4 rounds. Another problem with this is that those one dimensional punches are far easier to time and catch the rhythm of. I think if they fought, Usyk is going to figure out Dorticos inside the first 3 rounds, exploit his stamina problems by taking him past the mid rounds whilst out-boxing him without getting caught by any sufficiently damaging power punch and probably get a stoppage by forcing Dorticos to gas out by getting him to punch himself out. Unless of course Dorticos can make some adjustments.

Dorticos is like the Anthony Joshua of the heavyweight division. Murat Gassiev I believe is going to potentially be the tougher opponent due to his seemingly good punch resistance, his ability to vary his punches and moves, his physical strength, punching power and aggression.

Nah, Usyk schools him. I thought Lebedev beat Usyk.
