Yep, just like Thurman. Nothing special AT ALL. Never going to be elite. I find it interesting though, that many thought Porter beat Mr. Hot Shot "Out of Time" Thurman. Garcia is in the same boat as these two.

How come you didn't name fighting Spence this year? I mean you named Garcia you have zero excuse trying to fight him. You named Thurman. Some how for whatever reason you don't name Spence.

anyone who fights for a living i have nothing but respect for. however when u want a belt more than anything and are willing to wait on the sidelines for who knows how long instead of getting an immediate shot by fighting spence but choose not to what should he be called? the man said “im NOT ALLOWED to fight spence” come on mannnnn! ur right i shouldnt have said coward, thats pretty harsh for someone i respect for his choice of how he makes a living. scared? maybe thats a better word?

Porter moving the right way...........

Fans have to understand that Porter isn't scared of Spence however he has a mandatory with a familiar opponent for a world title. So his best option would be to fight Thurman again as opposed to Spence. If he can't beat Thurman no need to call out Spence and if he beats Thurman you get a possible rubber match. Then makes a lot of money fighting Garcia and if you get past that a mega fight for a ton of money fighting Spence. I know what fans want however you honestly have to strategies your career to maximize monetarily as well. Porter fights Spence and loses then he loses fights with Thurman and Garcia. So if I'm fighting for a belt you fight a guy who barely beat you vs a whole new style not as familiar with.
