Fury wouldn't fight 4 fights in 2018, its simple, a month gone now and no scheduled fight, and he still weights like a whale. He needs to fight the likes of Whyte, Haye, Bellew,fat baby Miller before AJ listens to any offer to fight him, he needs to regret throwing all away when he was king, he simply could not control success. More success would only bring more mental problems for Fury.
