Its end of Jan, he has no fight set in the calendar and yet he's fighting 4 times this year. Nonsense.

Seems pretty optimistic but it's the right plan, he needs to remain active to keep him focused on boxing and in decent shape.
I had serious doubts about him even coming back in April, but looking at his most recent pics he's about 300lbs so he's putting in the work to lose the weight. I expect him to come in around 280lbs in April against a low level opponent.
What happens after that depends on if Fury can remain focused. I suspect the doping situation had a lot to do with his mental health issues and subsequent weight gain. Now that's been dealt with he can hopefully get back to something close to the fighter he was, though I never expect to see the fighter who beat Wlad again.Comment

I'm a Fury fan, but I think I'd bet against that.
And I'm not even sure thats necessarily a good thing for a guy who should be fighting a certain caliber of guy like he should be. I mean if he's fighting bs fights then f#ck it fight 11 times, every month for the rest of the year, but legit guys he should be fighting he ain't gonna fight 4 of them this year, I'd be surprised if he fights 3 of 'em.Comment

But yea as far as day to day focus behind the scenes they need to be worrying about whoever that first bs-ish level opponent is going to be. And who the more serious guys they will be fighting later in the year more than considering Joshua. Fury isn't even showing up on Joshua's radar in a real way til he notches a W. But I'm sure Fury & his team know that.Comment
