Well, it may be so.
Or, maybe it's you who's delusional and doesn't know sheet about boxing.
Or, maybe you are pissed off by your missus and feel like getting personal on a boxing forum.
Whatever it be, I forgive you, son.Comment

Underdog my aiss. Kinda silly calling an uderdog a guy having walked like a train through Danny Williams, Durodola, Huck, Charr and Perez.
It was a close fight in which Usyk disarmed and dismantled a dangerous puncher known for knocking out heavyweights.
Usyk took Briedis' best shots grinning and made him look clueless, static and quite limited. He established his own game-plan, never letting Briedis exploit any of his strengths and effectively exposed his weaknesses.
Briedis tried his best but in the end he was outboxed, outpunched, frustrated, bloody-faced and helpless despite his never-ceasing desire to win.
You must have expected a total annihilation of an underdog by miracle-making favourite - then you better watch some Boyka's fights. :blow:Comment

I like that idea alot and it would be a superb fight.
There are some interesting prospects but none that will be ready in the next 2 years so the division is basically cleaned up. Maybe Vlasov if he beats Duro then Lebedev/Briedis and off to HW seems a logical path.
Gassiev, Briedis, Lebedev, Glowacki, Dorticos, Perez, Vlasov, Benjenaru, Makabu, Kudryashov all fighting to sort out the vacant titles in the aftermath. Yes please.Last edited by Mikhnienko; 01-30-2018, 02:36 AM.Comment

No! Rather, I insisted that Ward is UNLIKELY to be very successful at cruiser weight based on him having 0 feats or 0 fights at cruiser weight.
Andre Ward has feats and accomplishments at super middleweight and light heavyweight. Thus, it makes sense to predict that he will have much more success in those weight divisions. However, this is n't the case with the cruiser weight division.Comment

I was only kidding! But I won't be at all surprised if Usyk or Breidis managed to beat Wilder. Even by knockout (in Breidis's case) considering Wilder was getting out-boxed and losing rounds to an inferior southpaw compared to Usyk in Artur Szpilka who is also a natural looking cruiser weight. And Breidis is a very powerful puncher at heavyweight and I doubt Wilder's chin improved much from his amateur days. He's been stunned badly by lesser boxers and dropped by Harold Sconiers.
If Szpilka can win rounds against Wilder, out-box him and last 10 rounds. Usyk can do even better! And if Evgeny Romanov possesses the punching power to KO Wilder in the amateurs. Then so does Briedis!Comment

98% of people on here picked Usyk to win. Briedis was a big underdog.Underdog my aiss. Kinda silly calling an uderdog a guy having walked like a train through Danny Williams, Durodola, Huck, Charr and Perez.
