i guess not man.. not the immediate future.. but u can expect a huge fight if everything goes right by id say oct-dec.

You have to understand, danny signed a 5 fight contract with hbo and they paid him a ton of money.. you think they paid him to watch him fight 5 nobodys? his next fight will be basically the 2nd nobody he fought. You better believe that hbo will step their game up to make sure danny gets a big fight before end of the year or people over at hbo will be losing their jobs!!! can you imagine paying a great boxer a ton of money for 5 fights and in return you get basically 5 sparring sessions??

Jacobs could have parlayed his performance against Golovkin into more fan recognition but he chose to take 8 months off and when he did come back chose to fight a guy few fans had heard of. If Danny fought more and talked less, he might have more fans.

with all due respect, there was a MAJOR change on dannys team after ggg fight.. he signed with hearn and hbo. and privately left some other important people. trust me, if it was up to danny he wouldve fought ggg then canelo back to back. he was not awarded the decision vs ggg.. so they were being careful selecting his next opponent after ggg. it was a bounce back fight if u will. now his team is playing out a business strategy and lets all hope that strategy comes to fruition and EVERYONE will be happy by end of year. thats a promise!!
