I don't think it'd be an awful idea.

I don't got problems with young guys taking chances for greater glory & coming up short. There is always a thin line between throwing a guy into the fire & see how he comes out the other side & throwing Lubin in with Charlo is the thing. And idk how you know which is which. Personally I thought Lubin had a shot up til the weigh in when I seen the man vs boy look between the two.

But I think a lot of cats do auto-bum a guy who takes a L early doe, no matter vs who, so I understand if they don't throw Tank in with Loma (who might be the only guy at 130 who'd I favor over Tank right now).

I know what Floyd is trying to do, and that's "develop" Tank into a superstar, but the weight issues (discipline) are a real problem! I don't think Tank could beat Berchelt yet. I wish I could get Tank vs. Farmer @ 130, and if he wins that, then I would let him fight Lomachenko @ 135! The young man needs to learn a lesson, and Billy Dib is not gonna get it done!

Idk about that. I think Tank is already a solid name now. I mean Loma is CALLING HIM OUT. Lets not forget that. The man in the division shouldn't be calling out anybody, but the fact Loma is calling him out says a lot about Tank's status already.

I think Floyd is actually trying to slow him down from reaching superstardom right now if anything. Sometimes you can move to fast too soon & based on how poorly Tank has handled himself I think he's THAT guy who's having issues with how fast he's been moved.

And the weight is an issue, but he's a chubby mfer so its super simple to figure that issue out if anyone on his team has a clue or if Floyd just can convince him to bring on a nutritionist.

I don't think Tank could beat Berchelt yet.
I'd favor Tank over Berchelt, but it'd be competitive & no easy W by any means.

Farmer is the most overrated guy at 130 in my eyes. Tank would school the f#ck outta him & it won't be close. I suspect Tank KO's him in the middle rounds & hell maybe even early. Farmer fights like Canelo & takes massive parts of every damn round off for some f#cking ****** reason. Can't win fights like that unless you got Canelo's name & Farmer ain't got Canelo's name.

Yea probably correct here with the lesson + Dib not being able to do it, but I think Tank can learn his lesson out of the ring too. Floyd made massive mistakes in his career...just not in the ring really. Tank can learn in a similar way...but yea that'll require getting his head outta his a$$ about certain things & for him to realize this boxing career he's lit on fire is his shot & if he f#cks this up he'll be regretting it forever.

I'd assume that cat who beat him will be stripped now that he's popped hot. So Tank is probably gonna be in the mix, but I doubt its a rematch as that guy will likely have a suspension or something...unless they figure out some reason he popped hot anyway. I don't even recall what he popped for so idk how damning his situation is or isn't, but I doubt its looking good for him.

He popped for synthetic testosterone, or something crazy like that! He might get the Lamont Peterson treatment by the sanctioning body.

Nahhh there's a bunch of guys coming up who look really promising. David looked like absolute **** in his last fight. Dancing around and mocking his opponent while being consistently beaten to the punch. & it was a guy they brought in to showcase him.

Oh sh^t synthetic T??? I didn't recall it was something like that. But nah I'd bet against him getting the Peterson treatment. This fight was in NY wasn't it? NY won't be as lax as Peterson's hometown (iirc) + Peterson was connected with Haymon which likely doesn't hurt him with bs like that.

Curious to see what happens doe either way, but I think he'll get stripped + be out of the loop for whatever is going to happen with that belt in the near future.
