        If you already know that they have a standing offer from a bidder for $200m+, why make your first statement to begin with?

        I have no idea how many buys the UFC did in 2017, but if you take the standing offer for the non-PPV content, assume a dollar for dollar mark on the US PPV total for 2017, and add a small premium for the UFC ceding some event control to TimeWarner, you can rather easily get to $400m as a full package.
