He's pretty much the #1 guy at what he does in the field, tbh.

With live content becoming more and more important, he could become head of the whole network one day. Good for him. Showtime has done well under his leadership.

I agree bro, they made business decisions with monthly Emotional Acumen. Now they are indeed struggling for short term and longer term talent. GB without Schaefer is not the talent house you can depend on. They want Joshua but not sure he is going anywhere because Showtime is intent on keepin him. Hopefully HBO will unhinge the closed door to Al Haymon and we can get back to unified boxing.

Espinoza oversees the production of the network’s original sports series and sports documentaries, as well as the acquisition and licensing of all other Showtime and pay-per-view sports and event programming.
Showtime has some very good sports documentaries. The only thing I watch on Showtime is boxing, a new series called The Chi, an their documentaries. Oh and a couple comedy specials.

Stephen is the truth, what he appears to do is listen well and clear obstacles to fights. It says something that he and Haymon were able to broker a Globally Lucrative deal between BOXING and the UFC. Something that appears impossible on paper. However Top Rank can’t seem to work with anyone but Mom and pop boxing promoters open to being muscled. That’s the difference between operating from a place of true business acumen and a place of emotionally dependent control. Showtime is the future of boxing.

It's funny that people love to diss Espinoza and say he needs to be fired. Him stealing Mayweather away guaranteed him keeping his job.

                  Mayweather vs
                  Guerrero ~900k
                  Canelo 2.2 million
                  Maidana I ~900k
                  Maidana II ~900k
                  Pacquiao 4.6 million
                  Berto ~500k
                  McGregor 4.4 million

                  That's 14.4 million buys over 5 years
