Yes, he's a beltholder, but he's still relatively unknown (check out the video of Hearn going up to randoms in NY asking if they knew who Deontay Wilder was). What might clinch the deal, if AJ and Wilder come through their next defences, would be for Hearn to reverse the shares in the event of Wilder winning, similar to what he's done with the Parker deal. So if Wilder wins, he walks away with 60-65%.
AJ already said money won't get in the way of him fighting Wilder.

    So i'm guessing Wilder's lucky.

Boxing is joint 9th with Golf as the most watched sport in the UK. Anymore excuses?

        https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sport_...dom#Popularity

They are ignorant if they think boxing is the most popular or even among the most popular sports in UK.

Soccer is clearly #1 though... Followed ny Cricket, Rugby, Tennis etc.

Seems like Welsh people love boxing though.

Are tickets prices regulated in the UK? Somebody from the UK, help me out. You'd think they'd start raising the rate a little.

Awesome for AJ though. Eddie winning again. Should be a good scrap.
That is pretty slim. 10m/70k=$142.85 as an avg sale per ticket. I bet they make up for it in liquor and merch sales. UK fighters end up ****** rich somehow.
