With the rate ticket is been sold it can do 120k if they have a stadium to accommodate that many people.

Few Americans and some Beyonce Wilder fan girls here talking smack yet they wouldn't pay to watch or support the Wilder-Ortiz sham fight.

Shame on you all Beyonce fan girls.

Harder to sell those kind of tickets in usa. We have many more major sport options than boxing. I know soccer/cricket/boxing round out the top sports in uk. But in Usa you can see nba, nfl, mlb, nhl and not mention Ncaa sports. Its not apples to apples measuring ticket sales in uk v usa.

The US has 6 times the population of the UK. Stop the excuses.

Either way, even as a fan if Wilder, I think he should get off the 50/50. I DO believe Hearn/AJ need to respect him as a champion and not treat him like some random #6 ranked challenger. Wilder is a title holder. While not on the known level as AJ because of AJ's big win vs Wlad, he isn't a fringe contender.

Wilder needs to concede to the fact that it's business. AJ has the bigger name, eventually more belts, the bigger single win (vs Wlad), etc. If Wilder wants all of that, he needs that big, capture the public's imagination win over another name on his record. He can get that by knocking out AJ. So he should be willing to take a little less to gain much more. Or else he runs the risk of holding onto 50/50, AJ continues to make more money, sell out more events and be looked at as "the man" at HW by the general public while Wilder fights hard for respect and possibly loses.

AJ and team need to also respect Wilder as champion, not do some ridiculous 70-30 offer, but maybe more of a 60-40 or 55-45 or 51-49 with more gate/PPV "upside" for AJ. Heck even 60-40 in AJ's favor, and both getting some PPV/Gate upside in AJ's favor.
Wilder doesnt deserve more than 30%.

Didn't they have all those sports when Tyson was fighting too? How come UFC events are sold out all the time?

UK has just as many popular sports, and despite american apologists claiming boxing is the next after football, nothing could be further from the truth.

what's shady? Spence fought last time at the end of May. With Hearn he would have fought twice more last year and on his way to become a super star.

Instead, he faded into the unknown and no one outside boxing fans no who the hell he is.

I have never read a more untrue statement.

Hearn decides if he wants to change Wilder's bum life. He's the only one who can do it.
