Doctors choose the medications that they think will work best for the patient. You think that Ortiz should have to take something that might not be as effective?

If an athlete has a genuine medical condition he should be allowed to take whatever is best for him. The doctor at the ER, the commissions doctor and the WBC doctor all agreed Ortiz needed the meds. That's 3 doctors. He needed them.
