It is true. I've been watching boxing for the last 20 years and I have never seen anyone like Spence. I honestly haven't. The dominance in the ring is unbelievable. He was trying not to smile and laugh walking to the ring and throughout the fight. It was like some little kid at an amusement park he looked so excited.
I am a fan of the sweet science. I was always a major fan of Mayweather, he was truly a master. I know the elite boxer almost always beats the elite slugger. But I don't care who you are, I cannot see anyone lasting 12 full rounds against this man. It doesn't matter how great a boxer and how slick and how great one's chin is, that does not matter, because in 12 rounds Errol Spence Jr. is going to land a good deal of punches. And those punches are going to hurt.
