Read his write-up on sweet science. He was not hating at all. It's was the most positive piece I've ever seen in terms of praising a fighter from him (b/c we know he's a true hater lol). I think his pen failed him by using steered there lol

Loma is the most feared fighter, he just move to 130 because the 126 Champions didn’t want to fight. Now he might move to 135 because the 130 Champions don’t want to fight him. Spence is not even going to move up in weight any time soon. Loma beats everyone in 126 and 130, and might beat most if not all 135 pounders. Spence only beat everyone at 147.
