You're making a connection that isn't there. Parker & Co saw an opportunity to make money, they negotiated, had some leverage because AJ needed a big fight - as you just said - and they're guaranteed great coin. That doesn't make him a coward. Every fight has a negotiation, and every fighter wants to maximize the money they can make.

If you're going to push an agenda, at least try and make sense with it. Otherwise, it sounds ****ing ******.
Haha Parker and his side turned down about 8 Mill and said it was insulting because he was a fellow champ. They point blank refused to fight unless they got their massive pay-day. From where i'm from, that's a coward.

I know you want to see the best in Parker because you're a fellow Kiwi, but what i'm saying is the absolute truth. You may not like it, but it is what it is.

I guess that makes Aj a coward to for saying he wouldn't fight Parker either because the money wasnt right.

This is after he says **** like I would fight him for free because I don't do it for the money I do it for the love of it.

      Also bull**** lol

Don't even forget how much of a racist, believes that mugabe did nothing wrong lol he is or that he used to sell drugs. Completely and utterly different to the good guy image that he has now.

On that note gotta admit Hearn is great at making that stuff go away lol

You Aj fans are delusional luckily the fight is going to happen and everyone gets a fair piece of the pie.

Another NZ're fighting the losing battle...

AJ is the money maker so should get a fair slice of the pie. Parker isn't.

And what AJ does outside of boxing has nothing to do with the fight. You're just chatting crap now.

He turned down $8mil, kept negotiating, and is guaranteed at least $12mil. How the hell is that cowardly? Are you actually trying to say Parker should have accepted LESS than what he ended up with?

You still haven't made a link between him being "cowardly" and negotiating for - AND getting - more money. It's basic business. Accepting less than what you can get is flat out ******. If you would walk away from an extra $4mil, that's on you. I'd like to see you do it.

If Parker wasn't worth $12mil to Joshua and Hearn, Parker wouldn't have gotten $12mil from Joshua and Hearn. That's pretty ****ing simple.

As I've already said, Parker would have walked away if Hearn didn't pay over 8 Mill. To turn that amount of money down when you only get 1.5 Mill a fight is cowardly.

You must be smoking some grade A **** to believe Parker is worth 12 Mill on any planet. He isn't close to being worth that. It's pure delusion on your part to think otherwise.

If Hearn didn't pay that much out, the fight would not be happening. What part of that are you struggling with?

Parker refused to fight unless he got a kings ransom. Why would you do that if you really want the fight like Parker claimed? 8 Mill is a whole lot more than 1.5 Mill. Parker isn't anywhere near to being worth even that much.

But you're going to try and justify all the bull**** because you're biased due to you being a NZ'er. I get that. But please stop trying to convince me otherwise, it's ridiculous.

Call a spade a spade and see things for what they are. Parker is a coward and he's going to get what he deserves in march.

It's called leverage, dude. I don't know how many negotiations you've been in, but it's probably the first thing worth learning.

Hearn and Joshua could have walked away if they didn't want to pay $12mil. They didn't, they paid up - because they want the fight. Parker is worth whatever someone is willing to pay to get him - if he wasn't worth it, they wouldn't be paying him what he wanted. That's pretty ****ing simple.

If I'm selling a book that someone wants, and they say I'll give you $8, but I want $12 - if that book isn't worth $12 to them, they wouldn't pay it. If it is, they will. Hearn and Joshua paid up because that's what this fight is worth to them.

Again, I'd like to see you walk away from an extra $4mil when it's sitting there on the bargaining table. Would you?

We're just going round in circles here...

You believe what you want to believe.

When AJ is finished with Parker, he'll go back to obscurity making peanuts. His true worth.

This is the truth Aj said himself this is a quote that he doesn't box for the money he does it for the love of it.

That's the truth which you seem to gloss over alot in your comments

If he isent willing to pay him that amount which he is the one with the money to do so doesn't that make him more cowardly and a liar to?

Also it's not cowardly to negotiate.

If Aj is allowed free reign of who he can fight and for how much why can't other boxers also negotiate prices? Especially when you consider parker has a belt that Aj wants.

It's called self worth maybe you should learn what that's about

Jesus, there are only a few NZ'er posters on the site, but you all come across as deluded.

How is AJ the coward in all of this? It shows how much he really wanted the fight by overpaying for it. It's the complete opposite to what you are saying.

Parker is going to get about 8 times his biggest payday. Is Joshua getting the same? No he isn't. And he's the ****ing money man of the division.

But he's going to get a belt if he wins how is that bad? Said belt would then end up having him being able to get much more which you fail you fail to see. Especially if he goes on to also beat Wilder then he can demand what ever he wants.

I said by your standard that would also make Aj a coward to considering he said he does it for the love not the money. And was almost un willing to negotiate. But it was the money holding up the fight being made.

Your the deluded one, you can't have it one way for one boxer and then another way for the other boxer. And parker came in with a realistic view and knew that asking for 50 50 was mad. Hence why they didn't do that.

Seems to you that those who negotiate are cowards making Aj one to lol good day
